We work with owner-led businesses that need coordinated support across bookkeeping, tax planning, tax preparation, and financial decision-making. Our clients often come to us because they want clearer reporting, more proactive planning, and better guidance around compensation, cash flow, profitability, and growth. 

We work with high-income and high net worth individuals whose financial lives are more complex than a standard annual return. That may include business ownership, investment income, real estate, multi-state issues, or the need to coordinate personal and business strategy more thoughtfully. 

We work with rental property owners, real estate investors, and individuals whose real estate holdings create additional tax and planning complexity. We help clients think through entity structure, ownership decisions, cash flow, and how real estate fits into a broader tax strategy. 

While we are based in Hermosa Beach, we work with clients throughout California and selected out-of-state situations. Many of our clients have income, businesses, or property that cross state lines and require a more coordinated approach.
