Carrie has successfully handled complex tax issues, such as audits, appeals, and collections, and saved her clients thousands of dollars in taxes and penalties. She takes pride in being a trusted and responsive partner to her clients, and a leader in her field of expertise.

Andrea Romo is a Senior Tax Accountant and Enrolled Agent with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex tax matters with confidence.

She advises clients on individual, business, and pass-through entity taxation, with experience across a wide range of industries and income levels. Known for her responsive, thoughtful approach, Andrea helps clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Andrea has been with Realm Tax since the beginning and plays an important role in both client service and firm operations, including mentoring staff during tax season. She is proud to help build a modern, technology-driven firm focused on efficiency, responsiveness, and personalized guidance.

Outside the office, Andrea enjoys following sports of all kinds, especially the Dodgers, and exploring the Los Angeles area.

Senior Staff Preparer & Accountant

Luis Montes has been working as a tax accountant for the past three years, assisting both individuals and businesses with their finances and maximizing tax savings. He finds solutions and builds confidence in what can often be a daunting process. His experience at a small-to-midsized CPA firm has equipped him with a wide range of knowledge.

Luis earned his degree in Accounting and Information Systems from UNLV, providing him with a solid foundation for tackling complex tax challenges. His aim is to make tax season less stressful and to ensure you’re prepared for success year-round.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys weightlifting, running, and exploring new food spots, which helps him maintain a balance between hard work and personal fulfillment.

Senior Staff Preparer

Prinkle is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and CPA. She has worked with a multinational IT company and Deloitte for over 4 years.

Her engagements span a spectrum of disciplines, from financial reporting and audits to taxation intricacies, accounting analytics, SOX & IFC.

Her experience includes business tax preparation, tax planning, resolving IRS issues, and offering other customized tax strategies.

Senior Staff Preparer & Administrator

Vienna supports the tax team at Realm, assisting with data entry, document organization, and administrative processes. Before transitioning to Realm, she was part of Wayland and Vukadinovich, where she built a strong foundation in tax support.

With about three years of experience and a CTEC license, Vienna helps keep the tax preparation process smooth and efficient. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and going to the beach!

A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Ethan brings experience in customer service, business development, sales, and administrative support. As a first point of contact for clients, he helps create a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience.

Stephanie Woodard is a Senior Bookkeeper and business consultant with over 20 years of experience helping business owners improve bookkeeping, accounting systems, cash flow, and financial operations.

She has worked with clients in construction, contracting, wholesale, and manufacturing, helping companies reduce expenses, improve profitability, and strengthen financial reporting. Stephanie specializes in practical bookkeeping support, business consulting, and financial process improvement for growing businesses.
